Professional Help, for Professionals!

Professional jobs in the community can be demanding and stressful. Whether you are a doctor, nurse, EMT, medical provider, law enforcement official, business owner, pastor, social worker, counselor, mental health provider, teacher, or any sort of community figure, managing people under and around us is no easy feat. In addition, there can be a stigma surrounding the idea of seeking professional help as a professional - it can be a difficult experience when others are looking to you for guidance and leadership. The Footnotes team firmly believes that healthy professionals create healthy workspaces for both clientele and staff.

From the office to the field, the Footnotes team is dedicated to providing effective solutions with integrity and care!

Confidentiality is our priority

Footnotes strives to create an atmosphere of growth, healing, and support. To achieve this, client privacy is a top priority. Footnotes is ideal for clients who are concerned about confidentiality issues or want to keep their mental health record separate from their medical record!

Client information is never shared with anyone without your written consent. As community leaders, there may be layers of confidentiality needed to provide the best possible care. We will work with you to make sure you are comfortable. Our unique no-insurance policy is a guaranteed safeguard that client information will not be shared without your knowledge.

No mental health diagnosis? no problem!

The Footnotes team believes that therapy is more about growth, recovery, and becoming unstuck than it is about pathology. We help people not feel crazy. Helping to reintegrate disintegrated information sets and helping people become whole is the goal at Footnotes. Our emphasis is on exceptional care over diagnosis. Our providers are human, authentic, non-judgmental, and kind and will help you navigate through the areas that are problematic, cyclical, and likely instinctual but no longer serve you well.

Diagnosis is secondary to root level care and recovery. Understanding and respecting how the “stuck” occurred and where in time that happened is essential in order to be able to untangle the mess. Our bodies have a natural pull and a natural resistance towards healing. Both are normal. You are not crazy!

For some clients, a formal mental health diagnosis can impede work as a pastor, pilot, professional, or a leader. Together, we can work towards hope and healing without impeding your career.
